Website Testing for Global Review & Booking Platform

We are completing the development of a new global platform in the travel and hospitality space (similar to TripAdvisor and Booking.com). The platform allows users to discover restaurants, hotels, and experiences, read/write verified reviews, and make bookings directly.

We are looking for freelancers to test the website thoroughly before launch.

What We Need Tested:

Full website functionality (navigation, links, buttons, forms, search, filters).

User experience (ease of use, layout, mobile responsiveness).

Booking flow (selecting a restaurant/hotel, making a reservation, payment test if available).

Review flow (adding reviews, verifying process).

Loading speeds and performance (basic observations, not deep technical).

Reporting any bugs, glitches, or confusing areas.

Requirements:

Must test on both desktop and mobile devices.

Provide a clear written report (screenshots or short screen recordings for bugs preferred).

Strong attention to detail.

Experience testing similar platforms (travel, booking, review sites) is a plus but not required.

Deliverables:

Written report highlighting issues, bugs, and suggested improvements.

Confirmation of successful testing of booking and review flows.

Feedback on overall usability and trustworthiness of the platform.
