Extra notes: I am buying an original Short Horror/Supernatural Story (hereinafter, the "Work") that is 1200 to 2000 words in length. I have set out below a description of the services that you will provide:
• The work should be written from a male first person perspective. There should be no other persons talking other than the narrator (reported speech only).
• The work should be written as if the narrator is recounting his horror story to a complete stranger (interview/confession).
• The work should be dark and creepy with appropriate gore.
• The story should be clean (no bad language) and appropriate for a general audience (age 7+).
As the writer you agree to allow Midnight Circle LLC (hereinafter, the "MNC") to make an audio recording of the story and release it as an episode of the Midnight Circle: Horror Stories podcast. You will also be credited in the recording of the podcast and in the show notes as the writer of the work.
In adapting the work for the podcast medium changes and additions may be necessary. You agree that MNC may make any changes or additions to the work which we may consider necessary.
You represent that you are the original creator of the work and you are the copyright holder of the work; that you are not prohibited by any prior agreement from allowing MNC to use the work.
