Page Layout and

I am writing a children's picture book with just a over 1000 words targeted to 5-8 years old and have found an illustrator but now I need help with how the page will be laid out on each page and the illustrations that should be included...the way the text should be laid out the font size the position of the illustration the font type of text does it need double spread etc....

I'm looking for someone that's experienced in this area and if possible to do the final edit as it's a rhyming book
Final check etc grammar wording structure etc...
