I need someone to create some affirmations and descriptions

I am looking for two types of affirmations too be written:

1) I'm looking for someone to create affirmations based off a book, they would be sent PDF of book and be expected to pull content out of it to create these. The book is based on empowerment and self-confidence learnings for women and we would want the work commissioned to be clearly taken direct from this book. This would include the short and clear affirmation, and then an explanation that is slightly longer.

2) we would like affirmation descriptions created for affirmations we already have, this is separate to the book and aimed instead at more of a teenage audience

I have attached an examples of ones we had done for kids for you to view what we mean by the word count expected etc but please note the subject is very different

We would start of with 2 as trial of each and then commission more.
