Outline & Structure: I have list of potential customers to whom I need to write and offer our services:
I usually write these myself but this time, I thought I'll get professional who might produce more appealing content.

This does not need to be more than a page - in fact both margin of A4 page should be reserved for rates and services (Left margin for services and right margins for rates) so we really have middle of the page. I would assume 200 max words.
