Creative writer needed for YouTube channel

Hello, we own a pretty successful youtube channel, and we are looking for a new creative writer to help create caught on camera countdown scripts. It would be beneficial if the person has experience doing this type of work, but it is not essential

The videos we produce are 'Top 5/Top 7/Top 10 countdown' types of videos, with a 'true crime' theme... We use a voice-over artist to narrate the videos and need a new writer to help make the writing more creative.

The selected person will be given a topic and 5 or 10 videos, and they will need to research each video (using multiple sources) and write the script.. they must also fact check everything and make sure all information is accurate. Also, good grammar is a must!

The writer who is selected needs to be creative in the way they write the scripts. We don't want everything that is shown on screen to be explained, but instead, we would like the writer to give a bit of a backstory/set up of each video.. a bit of a summary/ slightly more information and then end with the conclusion of each video.

So the writer will need to keep in mind what the voice-over artist will say and what will be shown on screen.
If the writing just explains what the viewer is seeing on screen, it will become stale and boring. Our videos try to include information that the viewer may not know about, so even if they have seen the particular video before, they will hopefully still learn something new. So when researching, it's vital to search the web and use multiple sources to get accurate information.

We are willing to pay $65 per script on an ongoing basis. Most of the script will be around 2,300 words (+-300). Please attach any examples of similar writing work (if you have it) and in the proposal please explain why you would be a good fit for this role and feel free to ask any questions.
