Copywriter-help develop our new brands tone of voice

Apologies before I start, if don't make much sense, but in my head I know exactly what our style is, but this doesn't always come across this way, hence why I need a good copywriter...

We are currently developing our new Brand, and need help from an experienced copywriter.

We are looking for a unique tone:

1: Simple and to the point.
2: Professional but friendly with a bit of fun, and excitement.
3: We offer an elite consultancy, but don't want to look over confident, or make our client's think we charge greedy price tags.
4: Tone will be a friend to friend advice not corporate or as though client is a number.

To start with this project will be for brochure web content etc. (SEO friendly and SEO experience required), then when this project has finished it will be an ongoing project for news letters, mail shots blogs etc..

Price on retainer basis preferred.
