Assistant Writers - Articles and Spinning

You may recognise this job posting as previously out there, I now have a good team of writers however some couldn't meet deadlines, and others couldn't do what they promised so I am now advertising for more. If you can't meet deadlines, please don't bid. I have a PA that chases up writers and good communication is a must as well as access to a computer or phone during normal working hours.

Now yucky stuff over with, here's the brief

I'm looking for a assistant writers for my company. I work mainly as a journalist, and my main work is website copywriting, however a lot of my clients request bulk orders of articles to be submitted to freezine sites for SEO purposes.
I've tried to do them all myself, however I'm far too busy now, so with the agreement of my clients, I've decided to take on a few assistants.
I already have five that earn a pretty package as I pay £7 per article and my writers can write 2-3 in an hour. Also have article spinning jobs, and if the client is willing to pay more I will make sure I send it your way.
Not only this, once I know your area of expertise I will bear you in mind with furture jobs. There is regular work for the right person, of course I take a little for editing, submitting and sourcing the work etc.. but my assistants are very happy with this.
This would be ideal for a mum at home, as although sometimes I have strict deadlines, I do understand the pressures of family life, or a recent journalism student, as I will help and mentor throughout the process.

If you don't like the price, please don't bid. There are sometimes other articles upto £30 each, however the £7 per article is regular.
