Southampton, GBHugely disappointed. I engaged Susan to contact prospects on a database that I provided.
Susan gave me regular updates telling me that she was making good progress.
On my return from a business trip abroad I received an email apologising for the fact that she had been unable to do any work in Week 4 because of Laryngitis.
After many phone calls and emails I eventually received back the data that she had been working on and there was no evidence of any calls having been made.
I have paid her for 3 weeks of work and it looks like nothing was done

London, GBExcellent communication as always. Did try to work through despite laryngitis but hearing her voice, it was pretty obvious she needed time out. Susan kept me up-to-date however and therefore disruption avoided. All credit to Susan for trying though.
