Write a final appeal letter to local council

I require someone to compose a final letter of appeal to my local council.

My previous letter of appeal was reject stating "not a reasonable enough cause". I can provide more details on the case once a proposal has been chosen. The Council have previously accepted my valid reasons for a separate case but not this one.

This project is largely rewriting my previous letter of appeal and making it much clearer.
