we require copy for a new website we are building for our Room Lettings Agency.
PickyRooms is a Room lettings agency, working with Landlords across London to provide reliable, quality tenants for 6-12 months. We work with 2 types of Landlords, 'Live-in-Landlords' which may have a spare room which they would like to rent out to a lodger or 'Live-Out-Landlord' which would like to rent out whilst not occupying the property themself.
We offer a fully managed service which includes the following:
- Advertising room via online platforms
- Tenant finding
- managing enquiries via telephone & email
- scheduling viewings
- attending viewings
- referencing/affordability checking tenants
- providing all documentation needed by law
- Facilitating the signing of the tenancy agreement
- collecting deposit & placing in Government DPS (deposit protection scheme)
- Rent Collection (collecting monthly rent from the tenant and paying to the landlord)
For this service, we charge a percentage of the monthly rent.
Once registered with our agency, it is our job to keep them room occupied throughout the year.
