Promotional / branding Message for company phone system

I run an Estate Agency Business - www.portlandestateagents.co.uk

I am looking for someone to create a promotional / branding message, which will be played while a call into our office is waiting to be answered via our phone system.

Once this has been completed, I will have a professional voiceover along with background music then upload into our phone software.

I can make this message any length up to 180 seconds maximum before the Voicemail kicks in, however this could be quite long so approx. 90 - 120 seconds might work, with pauses in between the wording to break it up when being listened to (as there will be music in the background).

The message needs to cover 3 main services (Sales, Lettings and Property Management), mainly directed towards Sellers and Landlords.

Things to consider / include:

Clients will be on hold when listening to this message / music
Clients will mainly be mix of sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants
Would like to have an emphasis on the service we provide and Google reviews highlighting our reputation
Mentioning of the areas we cover as well as services we provide
Providing our website for further information, or to request a valuation or viewing etc.
