I need a copywriter to write a copy for promotional booklet

I'm looking for copywriter to write a copy about new established Property Management company . It's a pretty small and straight forward job to write about services we offer . There are to main points - STAFF RECRUITING and HOME SERVICES . In HOME SERVICES there is 12 points to expand and STAFF RECRUITMENT has 5 . I need a professional way to promote our company and services we offer . The key is to tell the potential client that their home is to be taken care of with the utmost respect. Care , responsibility and efficiency are our highest priority . The Services are attached in the PDF file. Thank you
