I have writen an eBook aimed at Recruiters which is more like a training manual because it contains quite a few scripts, forms and templates rather than just text. It is currently a 35 page Word document. It now needs an experienced editor / writer to pull the whole thing together and make it a more interesting read and flow a bit better. At the moment each form or script is included within the section it relates to, but I am not sure if it would be better to have the first half of the book made up of copy, and then the second half all the scripts and templates etc. I would like some opinions on this. I think it could also do with some graphics. The graphics could be done by the same person, or a different person. This eBook is to be sold and not given away free, and we might also look at it getting printed into a hard copy version too. Our company provides training for recruiters and although we have created lots of videos, this is our first book.
