Description
I am looking for a writer to write an article for our blog: https://www.makingbusinessmatter.co.uk/blog/ If this person meets all the criteria below, it could be a regular piece of work as there are 15 other Myers-Briggs personalities. Plus, other articles we want to be written.
This is a link that we have to the criteria for guest writers so that you can see that our criteria are demanding: https://www.makingbusinessmatter.co.uk/contact/write-for-us/ Please read this carefully.
A. Most Important Criteria
Of the above criteria this is the most important for this article:
1. Achieve a Yoast Readability of ‘Good’. And check that it achieves the ‘Good’ score here.
2. Your article must include a minimum of 3 practical actions that the reader can act on immediately and the article must include actionable tips that are not in the mainstream.
3. The Flesch score of 60-70: https://yoast.com/flesch-reading-ease-score/
B. Additional Criteria
1. +2,500 words.
2. Completed by 23-08-22.
3. Must be better than this article: https://www.16personalities.com/infp-personality
4. Must include all the keywords below, see images x2.
5. Must answer all the questions, see image below.
6. The English language must be excellent.
7. Must have experience of Myers Briggs.
C. Watch Out For
I have posted on PPH many times and these are the problems I have encountered:
1. After 3 weeks of chasing someone, they said that the brief was not clear. The brief is here. If it is not clear, please do not apply.
2. The applicant's profile said that they had a 'witty and engaging style'. Obviously, this is subjective. In my opinion, their draft read like a drilling manual.
3. 'Your deadline was too tight'. The deadline is above. If it is too tight, do not apply.
4. 'The budget was too tight' - The budget is above. If it is too tight do not apply. The budget will not be increased.
5. I have realised that many people apply for everything, with an attitude of, win it and then figure out the problem later'. Please do not do this. It is unfair on us both and whilst there seems to be no downside for you, I am running a business and I recommend that you only apply for what you can actually achieve. Don't wing it!
6. 'The criteria was too hard...I didn't read the criteria in the links' - Read the whole brief, please.
7. 'I did meet the deadline. You said I didn't' - You missed the deadline because whilst the first draft met the deadline, it needed 3 other drafts and by then we had missed the deadline by 2 weeks. The final draft must meet the deadline. Not the first draft.
D. Questions to Answer When You Apply
1. What angle do you suggest coming from to make this article more engaging than the raft of articles about INFP?
2. What experience do you have of Myers Briggs?
3. How will you overcome the above 7 problems?
Our goal is to rank #1 on Google for the keyword of 'INFP'. Please only apply if you are an experienced, engaging, and brilliant content writer. Your name, bio, and image will be credited as the author of the piece. We have a DA of 46 and over 300,000 website visitors per year.
Thank you for reading.

Can I make a helpful suggestion? If you'd like all of this criteria fulfilled, for which you need an expert content writer, you pay appropriately for it? If you haven't got the budget for an expert, maybe stick to doing it yourself until you do? Hope that helps.
Darren S.22 Aug 2022Thank you. Hopefully, you'll accept a helpful suggestion in return.
I found an expert that has already written a great draft, including all the criteria, and we have struck a deal to write the remaining 15 articles too.
My helpful suggestion is for you not to be constrained by the accepted limits. Challenging the regular rates might just help you achieve something more, as I did with a young and up & coming writer Farah.
Hope that helps. -

You demand an awful lot for your £75 Darren. This is a an hourly rate gig site, not HR Narnia!
Darren S.22 Aug 2022Not demand. It's a brief. People can either choose to apply, or not. A great writer has applied and written a great article.
-

What's your realistic intermediate rate? The stated fee is below ENTRY level pay. Kindly clarify. Thanks.
Darren S.22 Aug 2022I found a great writer at that rate and I am very happy with their work. No need for clarification.

Quite possibly the reason you are not receiving quality work from quality writers is because you are asking for an extensive amount of writing and researching for as little as £75. May I suggest you increase your fees if you want the quality you are looking for? The amount you are offering for the work required is barely entry level, let alone intermediate.
Darren S.22 Aug 2022Could be. It was not as I have found a great quality writer.
May I suggest that I keep the brief as it is and continue to find great people.
