Typing Project - Turn PDf to Word Document

I have several chapters of a book that need to be changed from pdf to Word. However, some of the pages are police forms with boxes, and details are important. I do have a prior edition of most of the forms that are already in Word, but they would need to be modified to meet the updated forms in the new Chapters. The project is for one chapter at this time. The first chapter is 174 pages. I do have some of the pages already in Word, but the size of the file is too big to send all at once. No need to retype figures that are sketches, such as driver's licenses, registrations, and evidence bags.

I believe a simple pdf to Word conversion will not work due to the jpegs that were in the Word document before the pdf conversion. I expect the paper will need to be retyped.
