SEO content pages re-written

Information for the blog/website: Various website services pages need re-writing for our SEO, Social Media and Web Design services

Description of every page: Our current website contains a number of pages that aren't really working well for conversion. The content is long-winded, waffley and really boring!

The content is also too technical and describes SEO, Social Media and Web development in a non-productive way and doesn't really encourage conversions.

We may also require the content on the other pages of the website re-written after this.

We also need blogs re-written from time to time (that sourced from other websites) so the text content is unique to us.
Tone: Formal/Professional
Outline & Structure: We are looking for someone who can re-write these pages so they meeting with the following:

1) Are more sales driven and entice customers to enquire or convert.
2) They are easy to understand and sell the service to the customer through the benefits.
3) Are geared towards SEO from a ranking point of view (so they need to be optimised).
4) Content needs to be customer friendly and easy to understand - this is about selling the outcome of SEO and what it can achieve for businesses - not the technical ins and outs of the service.
