New website content for property business

We are a lettings business based in North London. We are about to launch three different brands under a group umbrella. I have written a brief explaining the work, I will send it once we agree suitability.

The content would be different for all three sites. But there will be some level of consistency since it is the same group. So this will require some thought. The three brands will cater for different target audiences. Trick would be to adapt the tone of voice to each but still feel the coherence.
