Legal blogging/ article writing

I may require someone to write legal articles/ blogs, on the following basis:
1. 3 articles a week, of about 500-800 words per article, on pre-agreed topics.
2. The fee is a fixed price amount £15 per article all inclusive
3. An article will be about English law, and suitable to the audience of a medium sized English law firm acting for individuals and small to medium sized businesses. This obviously has a bearing on the topics agreed. These may include employment, immigration, divorce, wills, small business affairs and current affairs.
4. The writer is required for at least two months while I am unavailable. It will be a term of the agreement that the writer provides copy anonymously and waives any moral rights under any relevant copyright legislation to be identified as the author or any other moral rights.
5. The writing will require a simple, direct and almost "chatty" style.
6. More details and additional terms will be discussed with appropriate candidates.
7. Other work may be available.
