I need a proof reader and script tidy up

I have a new project for UK based freelancers.

I have a 17 page paper that I and a colleague have drafted. The document is commercially sensitive and will only be shared with the bid winner to review. All copies of the project will have to be deleted on project completion.

I would like you to:
1) Proof the paper and clarify syntax and raise to my attention and allow me to clear any inconsistencies;
2) Improve the flow and clarity of the piece as required (shorten if appropriate).

The paper is based on a scientific/ health theme but not specialist in detail.

I have a budget of £150 and anticipate up to 3 hours to complete the work.

The turn around is required in 5 working days.
