This article is related to World Environment Day, and will be about the environmental impact of traditional letting and ways that it can be lowered by using digital solutions. The article is targeted specifically at UK letting agents.

We have a number of statistics and internal resources that will help with the research portion, all of which are included in the full brief. The article will be in a "Top # Things" format, and will be published on our company blog, and then promoted across our social media channels.

Timescale:
