Hotel and guest house reviews / descriptions

I want brief descriptions / reviews of hotels and other accommodation in the style you can see here but for London:

It is my intention to provide a list of accommodation for which I require this material. Although the material can be based upon the hotel's own URL the finished material must be original text and not duplicate content. There will be around 250 - 300 words per hotel, and say 250 hotels in total = 62500 words.
There would also be a need to write about visitor attractions in London as well as the above.
I want to see your indicative price range for this job.
