Everything first time buyers need to know

I need an SEO content writer who can produce a blog post for a mortgage client. This 1,000-1,300 word response post will be used as an educational document for first time buyers and will cover off the main types of mortgages available (fixed rate, tracker and variable), as well as covering topics including affordability, deposits, conveyancing, solicitor fees and timescales.
