Working closely with Executors and Solicitors we provide services assisting with Probate Applications, along with Estate Management.

Some of the services we offer :-

Estate Administration

• Locating and collating key papers including bank accounts, insurance policies, company shares and taxation paperwork.
• Provide a “package” of spreadsheets and paperwork required for a Probate Application.
• Shredding of confidential documents
• Valuation and sale of assets worldwide
• Distribution of gifts
• Locate and obtain contact information of beneficiaries
• Disposal of motor vehicles
• Redirection of post

Property (and other Assets)

• Produce a comprehensive inventory
• Obtain property valuations
• Manage the (non-legal components) of the sales process from end to end
• Property maintenance, including, repairs, gardening and cleaning
• Property clearance

I am looking for someone to work with on a longer term basis, writing blogs for website etc
