Content writing needed for healthcare website - 15 articles needed

Description of every page: Each article needs to focus on the keyword phrase given, with any information relevant to the topic used and formatted in an easy to read way. For instance, if the keyword phrase is "Best Water Bottles", you will need to gather research online about what the best water bottles are and formulate a concise and coherent article about what they are. If the keyword phrase is "How Long Does it Take to Become a Dentist?", you will have to explain the length it takes for dental school, taking into account how long dental programs are as well as how long it might take to find a job.

Outline & Structure: Typically, articles I write are structured as so:

-- Intro (A good chunky paragraph introducing the topic and what the article will go over)

-- Heading 1 (Main keyword, e.g. "Best Water Bottles")

-- Paragraphs 1-? (All relevant information pertaining to the keyword)

-- Heading 2, if necessary (A smaller, relevant topic that relates to the main keyword, e.g. How to Choose the Best Water Bottle)

-- Paragraphs etc.

(Subheadings as necessary to make content easier to read, bold and underline to emphasize important details)

*Keyword should be used around 1% of the time, a 400 word article on the "Best Water Bottles" should ideally have the keyword used about 4 times
Extra notes: I will be paying anywhere from $20 (500 word article) to $40 (1000 word article) which means the total cost would be somewhere in between $300 and $600, since not all articles will be either 500 or 1000 words. Also, if articles pass 1000 words, I will pay more.

A sample article will have to be provided to make sure that you understand what I need and that your writing is up to par.
