Content - New Website

I have created a new website for my accounting business. I need someone who can review the content for the website and come up with the content to help with writing the content for all the pages. We have already come up with a lot of the actual content but we need someone who can really get to terms with our brand and tone of voice. We are wanting to portray a young & playful image yet at the same time portraying 'we know what we're talking about'. This is crutial to the website and we really need someone who understands what we are looking for but can give us some creative playful and professional sounding content. Please only accept if you have examples of your work of the above that you can share. We are looking longer term somone who can then also help us with SEO and Blog content writing every month in the same tone of voice so we are looking for a long term partner. We would prefer a fixed fee budget for this project which can be negotiated
