This role involves interacting closely with our clients to create engaging and authentic dating profiles highlighting their unique personalities and interests.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and conduct 45-minute Zoom meetings with new clients at times convenient for both the curator and the client.
Utilise a provided set of questions to explore the client's characteristics, interests, and dating preferences.
Listen attentively to client responses, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their profile.
Write a captivating bio for clients, emphasising their strengths and interests to attract responses from suitable matches.
Work with our in-house consultants to ensure bios are tailored for optimal matchmaking.
Manage flexible hours to accommodate client schedules as well as your own.
Represent our brand as a team member on our website, providing a friendly and professional image for clients to relate to.
Maintain an active presence on social media platforms and be willing to utilise a designated profile for select personal introductions for content reposting.
Deliver detailed and descriptive bios within a reasonable timeframe following the virtual interview.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging and personable content.
Flexibility in scheduling, with the ability to work various hours, including evenings and weekends.
Active engagement on multiple social media platforms.
Comfortable with virtual communication and online meetings.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Experience in customer service, counselling, or a related field is a plus.
