Description of every page: I need articles on moving to each of the following cities, for a total of 11 articles at £40 per article:
New York City
Miami
Seattle
Toronto
Vancouver
Amsterdam
Dublin
Paris
Berlin
Barcelona
Brussels
Happy for one writer to write one or two cities.
Tone: Informal/Casual
Outline & Structure: Must be written in British English for a UK audience.
1100-1200 words in total.
Sections divided as such:
+Moving to [city] from the UK
-200 words on general, relevant information on [city] that someone from the UK would be interested in, e.g. -reputation, brief city statistics, range of areas to live/work/explore.
+Why move to [city]
-3-5 major motivating features of [city], e.g. weather, jobs, cultural influences, ranking as the one of the top 10 liveable cities from Mercer’s survey, etc.
-200-300 words
+Comparing [city] vs London
-3-6 unique features of [city] (compared to London) that those from the UK will have to adjust to, e.g. earthquakes in California, commuting style in New York, finding British food in [city], the cultural differences specific to the cities, not on a country level.
-400-500 words
+Visas and work permits for Brits moving to [city]
-Specific information on sorting out a visa for living in [city] to Brits (there is a specific page dedicated to visas in general that we will link to).
-Where the nearest UK embassy is located
-70-100 words
+Packing list for your move to [city]
-1 sentence introducing the packing list
-5 things Brits will have to donate/toss/leave behind, e.g. rain gear for Los Angeles, heavy winter items for Cape Town, etc.
-4 serious, 1 cheeky, e.g. ‘leave behind your kettle’
-5 things Brits must pack, e.g. adapters, all summer clothing for Dubai, winter items for Sweden, etc.
-4 serious, 1 cheeky, e.g. ‘Nando’s hot sauces to make friends’
-2 sentences concluding the packing list, including a mention of shipping one’s belongings to [city].

Hello Alexandra,
Would you consider one person writing all 11 articles? Alternatively, is there any flexibility on your per article rate? It's quite a lot of time/research for the rate you have budgeted.

Any budget flexibility? That's not what I call an intermediate rate for the required research and word count.
