Article writer and/or blogger needed for new property website

I'm looking for one or two writers/journalists to produce articles/possible blog entries for new site www.reviewmypad.co.uk. The topics will be much the same as the current, i.e. the property market / homes / decor / finances etc. I'll need a minimum of 3-4 articles and/or 2-3 blog entries per week. Please respond with samples/links to your work and your price per article/per week. Budget is *very* limited but work is on-going.
