AI Coaching Platform: Content Strategist

An AI Coaching Startup is hiring for its startup team.

Role: Part-time contractor (5–10 hrs/week)

Responsibilities

Build and manage the content calendar around the 10x AI Podcast

Create episode themes, outlines, and interview briefs

Coordinate with video editor, copywriter, and social manager

Identify viral hooks and strategic clips from each episode

Optimize content to directly drive coaching/consulting leads

Track analytics and refine strategy (views, watch time, retention)

Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging

Requirements

Experience in content strategy or podcast production

Strong understanding of personal branding, AI, business topics

Ability to systematize content creation workflows

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Success Metrics

Growth in leads generated from podcast content

Episode output consistency

Social content alignment & brand cohesion
