    Hi Alisa,

    Is there any flexibility in the budget?

    I have the SEO experience you need, but by the time the PPH fee is taken out of your $15 there wouldn't be enough in it for me to be able to take enough time to create something that contains the keyword phrases but doesn't look like it's just a bunch of keyword phrases.

    I don't want to use up a proposal credit if I know you won't be able to afford the price I'd quote, but by the same token, I realise that not everyone wants to pay a premium price.

    Your budget would need to be around twice what it is at the moment. If I could explain why I'm worth that sort of money, would a proposal at that sort of price be of interest?
