Staff Application Form

This project involves editing and converting an existing 18 page staff application form from Microsoft Word to an interactive PDF format. The current Word document requires careful proofreading to ensure all instructions and questions are clear, grammatically correct and consistent in tone and style. Minor redesigning of the layout may also be needed to improve the visual flow and ease of use for applicants.

The focus will be on restructuring certain lengthy questions and responses into a more user-friendly format suitable for digital completion. Conditional logic and validation rules need to be incorporated wherever applicable so applicants can't proceed without fully answering essential mandatory fields. Drop down lists and checkboxes should replace repetitive options to streamline the process.

Upon completion of the editing and layout revisions, the refined Word file will be expertly converted into an interactive PDF form using Adobe Acrobat. All text boxes, checklists, signatures and other form fields need to integrate smoothly and work as intended on any device. The final fillable PDF should retain a clean, professional appearance reflecting the standards of the organization while providing an improved digital experience for applicants over the static paper process.
