City of London, GBMD Rubel has worked very hard for us. He has produced some brilliant documents but there were a few issues with communication where he didn't always read the instructions clearly which meant extra time was spent on both sides with us re-iterating the instructions more than once. This was frustrating. I'm sure this also affected the time to complete the work and resulting costs but he is very talented so we weren't too worried. He always corrects his work if mistakes are made. Would be great if he had a method of ticking off the requirements so projects aren't sent back too soon.
On our side, we have been tardy with payment on this occasion. Caught up with Covid-19 after a busy project so I'm sure this has been frustrating for him. Nonetheless, he has remained pleasant and professional and the bill is settled.
