Produce an unsolicited letter to buy a business template

I need a creative writer to put together a 'personal' unsolicited letter template that can be used to send to business owners to enquire if they would like to start potential discussions to sell their business.

The letter needs to appear personal and non-corporate however, also provide detail that I have undertaken acquisitions previously (x5 acquisitions completed since 2015). The letter will be targeting specific business sectors but must be easily interchangeable if the business sector changes
