PowerPoint Presentation required on IT Project Management

Please read details carefully. I need a someone with excellent skills for developing presentations. I need a creative and well designed PowerPoint presentation template on the subject of IT project management. Please note I don't need standard PowerPoint templates that are already available in the PowerPoint. I prefer something unique and creative. I don't have any preference to colours of the presentation. Any attractive colours will work. This is job interview presentation so it must be good. Duration of the presentation is 30 minutes therefore structure of presentation/agenda should be split into 30 mins. The slides required are listed below.

I don't have details/content for each of these slides so if the freelancer can research and add some points under each slide that will be huge help. I will update the rest. Any freelancer who has knowledge of IT project management or able to research how each stage of the project is managed then they can easily prepare this presentation. You can research or follow stages/steps explained by the PMI (Project Management Institute) or PMP (project management professional).

Please note I have to show first 60 days action plan/timeline (split into 8 weeks). I have attached one example how we can show the timeline but I'm open to better ideas for showing the timeline.
