I need help reducing the file size of PPT and refining docs

Hi,

I need help with formatting/finessing two files: 1. PPT and 2. MS Word.

1. Powerpoint -reduce images/compress file size to under 10 MB
2. Powerpoint - proof /do not edit except any typos
3. Powerpoint - ensure that the font colour is legible
4. Powerpoint - ensure that the deck is tidy with spacing etc/immaculate
5. Word doc - review -standardise to UK english. Margins of 2cm either side, 2.0 line spacing, Arial. Consistent use of subheadings etc. (attached)

I will need to email via gmail my PPT as I cannot upload it here as it exceeds 10MB.

I will need both docs by 8pm UK time, Friday, 10th November.
