I need a presentation tidying up etc

Hi I have a presentation done in word which needs tidying up, the index making interactive and having it hosted online so we can send on the weblink for it as there is a 50mb video that needs embedding in it? I am sorry I know next to nothing about this kind of stuff!
I want to be able to have a weblink after which will take people to the presentation so they can view it all
the whole thing is around 2000 words
