Outline & Structure: This particular email is an introductory email to be sent to architects that do not know us and will not have heard of us before. It has got to GRAB their attention at the off and make them want to read on. It also needs to direct them onto our website where they can see more.....but more importantly we want these architects to reply and request to have a meeting with one of our sales reps - that has got to be the ultimate goal.
The problem we have is that each of our sales people have their own emails they send that aren't compelling! We need a standard one that is punchy, to the point, gets the architects attention by using their language and aligning us with them.......it needs to have an air of intrigue about it to create questions in their heads that they can only have answered by contacting us.

We design, manufacture and install moving walls. One of our biggest USP's is that we can design & manufacture a bespoke moving wall solution to suit the architect's needs. We are very solutions orientated - rather than selling the product and its features we focus on the solution and then we come up with the product to match that solution.........so the architect needs space flexibility (wants to open and close space)......we look at his plans and design it for him.....incidentally our walls are used and we end up writing the specs for them.
Our slogan is "The most dynamic moving wall manufacturer". We also use slogans such as "Painless moving walls" and "Let us take your pain away" and "Creatif pain relief" and "Instant pain relief"..........you'll see on our home page the pill symbol we use.
