Convert PDF to WORD

I have an accepted paper in a conference. I use LATEX in writing my papers which outputs PDF file.
The conference insists to send the paper in a WORD format. So, I need to convert the paper from PDF to WORD (.doc) format.
I am using ACM latex template for this paper, I downloaded the Microsoft WORD ACM template.
Thus, I need to convert the paper to ACM WORD template which I will send to you.
Note that, I'm using some Mathematical equations, as well some math symbols.
The paper is 9 pages.
