Convert Bank Statement to CSV (Text Extraction Only) 140 line

I need assistance in converting bank statement transaction lines from PDF to CSV format. The bank statements are currently in image format, so they may require OCR for text extraction. Only the transaction details should be converted—headers, footers, and totals do not need to be included.

Requirements:

Extract and format the data into CSV with the following columns:

Date
Activity
Paid Out
Paid In
Balance
Ensure accurate text extraction for each transaction line.

I will attempt to provide a PDF where text is directly copyable, which may ease the extraction process for the Activity column. However, please be prepared to handle non-copyable text if needed.

Skills Required:

Experience with OCR tools (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, Tesseract) and/or PDF to CSV conversion
Attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of transaction data
Experience with financial/banking data is preferred
