Wordpress maintenance (recurring)

Looking for someone who could take care of the technical tasks of my Wordpress site.
Key tasks:
Make regular copy of productive instance to test instance
Update plugins in test instance
Check that site works
Resolve plugin conflicts if arise
Update theme with official updates
Maintain child theme code with changes

Desired:
PHP & MySQL
Reliability
Take responsibility
Disciplined

Time frame:
Around 2 hours every second week. (It's a repeating task.)

Bonus:
Automatically win mini projects for further child theme development from me. (few hours, not much)

Tricky but important for me:
I will need to grant access to the control panel of the linux server. This is a critical security concern. Therefore:
I need a phone interview with you in order to trust you, max 5 minutes.
In the beginning I need you to do the upgrade with screen sharing so that I can see what you are doing and how.
After I gain trust in you I leave you with unlimited access to my server.
