Website layout design

As part of a new service development I am interested in having a design layout for a membership website much like the one used by people per hour e.g. free sign up and simple image banner, easy navigation and crisp clean visual. The service is health and wellbeing. This layout will be used at a meeting presentation for initiation of proposed education services and would benefit from a space on the layout which enables video explanation of the services for easy marketing. The layout should be no more than 4 webpages and should enable easy link options at the bottom of the design (to enable cross link to more detailed websites). The start date is 7th June and the project must be delivered within 5-days. More information can be provided on email.
