Project Deliverable Meet = Half way. Arka delivered a responsive HTML template instead of a WordPress template.
Issue: Arka does not know how to program in WordPress Template. Even though he assured us that he could during the bidding process. Having won the bid, and mid way through the design process we quickly realized Arka could not program and will not be able to deliver a Word Press Template. What a waste of time having gone through the design process! We could have cancel the project but we felt sorry for Arka and still paid the him in full for the work. The moral of the story is ask the developer to show proof of Word Press Template Work if you want a Word Press Template Development. Don't take their word for it.

HTML coding: Lack of commenting.
Recommendation: If you want a plain HTML site then use Arka. If you want a Wordpress Template look find another developer.
