Website Created for energy drink

Hi,
I need a website developed for a new energy drink. I have the server and domain name. I don't need any payments on the site for now, but maybe in the future. The website should mainly be based on the drink and what it offers. It should have its images and etc. If the consumer wishes to buy the drink online then the link they click will need to redirect them onto another website via hyperlink.

Also is it possible to get it on google shopping?

I need the developer if possible to maintain the twitter page for the business and constantly update it as well.

Now the website should look professional and to the high standards. Images and designs can be provided by my designer. It should function well and work on mobiles. It should appear on google and I need SEO to be done. I will pay the website developer every month for maintenance.
