Web Site Template developed to include CMS

I have a template site which I would like modified to include a content management system.

The content managed elements will be news story page, project page, case-study page, product page, resource page and innovation page.

I will require a secure admin section to allow the management of the above content managed sections.

This is the first of several similar projects, therefore I would appreciate realistic quotes that account for some tweaks and changes along the way!
