Web Page Design 5 Pages + Content Management

I am looking to build a replica of the site http://www.comicrelief.com/ really like this this, so some one will need to be able to design the home page and a few other pages that I can use to load content.

I like the menu system on the top, and on the right.

Im looking to start this project ASAP, but the site must have the same layout as the home page of the comic relief site, we can discuss other pages , design from there.
