Website tracking users fitness progress

Description of requirements/features:

We have a problem with a Wordpress site http://uk.usn-sport.com/w/en/bodymakeover/

It's a fitness site that lets you upload your progress as you go through the 12 week programme. The issue is that once you are on week 12 the site does not allow you to submit the final report and complete the process.

The site divides users into two groups, Body Makeover Users and participents.

Participants are users are people currently taking the Challenge.

Body Makeover users are all users who have ever registered to take the challenge.

When any user registers to take part in the Body Makeover they should registered as a Participant. It would appear that currently when creating a user account the participants are not allocated to the correct group - i.e when testing we created accounts and added a few entries, but we still appear as Users, and not Participants in the back end.

If manually pushing a User to Participant it still does not allocate that user to the Participants area. Participants should be able to create a post (final report) which is then submitted at the end of the challenge.

Also, we found that users who have submitted 12 weeks of updates are missing their progress images on the live site- we can see that they have been uploaded, but they are not being displayed. This is stored on the server – and not the Media folder of WP. We would need to recover the images.

In addition (and as a totally separate issue) we also need to be able to edit the submission dates of participant updates manually in the site admin too.
