Hello Paul - I am from a small agency and we have resources who only work in their expertise rather than a single resource that does it all. This way experts in each expertise can control the environment. This is a much better solution that trying to find a fullstack developer that is also a great designer and can manage front end code as well. Designers, front end coders and back end coders are all different skill sets and you are definitely in a better place if you can hook up with a team that provides these supports independent of each other. I would also note that having experts in each area means you can deploy faster because the team members can work in unison. Your approach means the asset is tied down to working one a single task at a time, whereas our approach allows us to work on several aspects of the project simultaneously. Would you reconsider the idea of working with a single entity and improve it to working with a small group of dedicated experts.
