Description of requirements/features: PLEASE SEND ME A LINK TO SAMPLE DEMO PAGE so that i know your solution is working:
I require a simple solution to allow customers to send their shopping cart/order for approval first. After order approval, a link to the checkout page or payment link must be sent to their email.

    Latest version of woocommerce. Everything is default. no extra payment gateways installed.

    If not then you have to add it.

    Do they send the order to an email address for approval? How does the approval come back - is that manual or we need to receive it in some way? Is the email they send to for approval their own email address or a different one. Should the payment link be sent to the person buying or the person they sent to for approval.

    the approval comes back with a checkout page link. i would prefer everything done in back end. the plugin link i said is most probably the answer, but i cant get it to work.

    Everything is default. Woocommerce, wordpress, everything. check it on a fresh installation of woocomerce.
