SEO on wordpress site - improve rankings and online visability

Am looking for someone to work with to improve our online visability and SEO / google ranking, through landing pages, written articles, online advertising, key words, and all other suggestions to make our website and social channels more accessable.

Ideally this should be someone that I can communicate with both online and on the phone - and woudl like to have a continual relationship with over the next 6 months / year to keep my site as visible as possible.

My company is an an established UK London design company for over 15 years, and our website is a wordpress site with only fairly basic SEO on it right now. We do work in the entertainment industry designing film posters, DVD sleeves, film marketing campaigns and alot of other printed and online items within this industry.

Depending on your ideas for how to improve our SEO I am happy to hear costs for an inital fixed cost to get started and then an hourly ongoing rate - and what this would cover.
